Brett Okamoto asks some good questions about the Dana White New Year’s Eve incident.

The real question to ask is this:  Mr. White, if one of your male fighters in the top 5 of any division does the exact same thing that you did on New Year’s Eve, what will the consequences be?

or maybe this:

Mr. White, you have stated that the only thing that matters to you is your family.  So, why would you continue to be the CEO of the UFC?

or maybe this:

Mr. White, you have stated that suspending you for your actions on New Year’s Eve would only hurt the UFC–  Isn’t that your opinion?  Do you think there might be some people in the public who think your suspension or termination might actually help the UFC?

or maybe this:

Mr. White, you have stated that suspending you from your duties at the UFC does not hurt you because you could have retired many years ago.  You also stated in the video above that being the CEO of the UFC is “great and that you love doing it.”  So, isn’t it true that suspending you or terminating you does actually hurt you?

Endeavor missed a major opportunity here.  They have been cowardly silent.  They could have been proactive and taken a stand against actions that are virtually universally condemned across the globe.  Endeavor is enabling the behavior by not speaking out and taking action.
